VerminCon is a family-friendly convention that provides guests with a weekend filled with events and fun for everyone. The VerminCon staff wants to see this weekend be as fun-filled as possible for all attendees, so we are instituting the following policies to be followed by all attendees of VerminCon at all times:
1.) We do not tolerate harrassment in any capacity (verbal or physical), towards guests of the convention, VerminCon staff, MUC Staff, or other attendees of VerminCon.
2.) Alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the Muenster University Center, according to the University’s “dry” campus status.
3.) Selling unapproved items (if you are not a vendor) without the USD vendors solicitation form presented at all times is not tolerated.
4.) Disruptive or inappropriate behavior that impedes the ability of others to enjoy the convention.
Violation of any of these policies will result in consequences up to and including the revocation of an attendee’s registration without refund, and a possible permanent ban from all future VerminCons. VerminCon Staff reserves the right to revoke access to the convention if problems become apparent and/or persist.
1.) Refunds: We do NOT issue refunds. All sales are final.
VerminCon, USD Games Club, and USD are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury with regard to any attendee at any time. Attendees are responsible for their individual actions and any repercussions that may result. Attendees are also responsible for their possessions and are not guaranteed complete secure lockdown of possession at night after the convention hours end each night.
